A nonpartisan, national organization, founded in 1998, that upholds the Constitution, U.S. treaties, and international law in matters of war and peace. WALL opposes any military action initiated by any president. It encourages Congress to assert its exclusive, constitutional power to decide whether or not to wage war. WALL has no paid officers. It is wholly independent. New members are welcome upon payment of annual dues, just $10. Donations are gratefully accepted.
