We empower our trans/gnc community through peer-led support, resources and planning services. We advocate through education and research.
Transcend offers programs and services to the community including:
- HRT consultations
- Transition planning, including removal of roadblocks to care (financial, insurance) through our network of doctors
- Network of Mental Health professionals that practice trans* affirmative care
- Holistic Well being needs' assessment, that focuses on ways to improve social support
- Healthy living & nutrition consultations
- Career coaching
- Research team to identify educational and informational resources
