The New York Congressional Delegation
Contact: [email protected]
We are busy looking for ways to define the House through an examination of the NY delegation starting with the cities, then the state as a whole. Got leads? This is a long term networking idea that will run through the next national election. The NYC Congressional Delegation is all Democrat (except for one to swing left) and it votes that way, but it also trades in votes as a matter of course. The quid-pro-quo of politics. The new question is how can (or will) the NYC delegation influence the NYS Delegation to be more like us. We are a State of blue cities, and the rural red. We are diverse, open-minded, and largely urban. With some success in our own arena, perhaps a strategy toward PA or NJ or even IN, MI and WI. would be possible. The condition of our political systems are Debased and de-based. We all know it is all about that base, it is all about that base. The face of this narrative therefore seeks individuals and groups with an interest in an individual MoC and interested in doing research and share that information. We have a strong 200 member base in CD9 (Yvette Clarke). If you have a similar group, it will be time to talk strategy very soon. Get ready. Comment, share events, resist. See readers of GovTrack (and other sources) for all MoC in NYC and NYS.Activity status unknown.
