Take It to the People (TiP)is a Vermont group supporting traditional marriage -- the marriage of a man and a woman. It was formed in response to a law suit filed by three homosexual couples against the State because they were denied marriage licenses. TiP was formally introduced to the public on February 11th, 1998 during a press conference at the State House.
