Suburban Women’s Advocacy Network (SWAN) - Our mission is to inspire, support and mobilize suburban women towards activism and advocacy for the rights of marginalized communities and the issues related to them. We curate a Facebook group that is designed to help suburban women grow in both social advocacy and political activism. We also host a monthly forum in the Conejo Valley of Southern California on the 3rd Tuesday of the month. SWAN was founded and is curated by Darlynn Childress and Danielle Walsmith.
