The Rockland Women's Political Caucus began in 2003. The Rockland Women's Political Caucus is a non-partisan, Political Action Committee (PAC) The Rockland Women's Political Caucus is a non-partisan, Political Action Committee (PAC) that seeks to increase the number of progressive women in public office and to promote their advancement in leadership positions. Monthly meetings are held the second Wednesday of every month at rotating locations and are open to the public. Membership entitles you to vote on endorsements and other functions within the organization, but not mandatory. Yearly membership is $25. The Rockland Women's Political Caucus started in 2003 when a group of women in Rockland County, many of whom had worked on campaigns for decades, understood the dire need of getting more women elected and more women in positions of leadership. And we have been successful. We know strategy, how to run campaigns, bring in the people power and have dedicated ourselves to elections for the past seven years -- winning state and local seats in legislative and judicial races. We are volunteers, enjoy a good battle and invite you to join us here in Rockland County, NY (and we are not affiliated with any local party or candidate - we make our own decisions!)
