We organize around progressive issues in Mass, help elect and support progressive candidates and hold them accountable. http://progressivemass.com Progressive Mass is a statewide, diverse grassroots organization that will mobilize around progressive local, state, and federal issues in Massachusetts, and help elect and support committed progressive candidates for public office. Progressive Mass hopes to contribute to moving Massachusetts forward through progressive vision and to positively impact the lives of Massachusetts residents through initiatives aimed at equal opportunity, income equality, racial justice, consumer protection, and access to quality public services. PM is also concerned with holding elected officials accountable for their positions on issues of importance to the people of Massachusetts. Progressive Mass commits itself to organization-building all across our state. We are committed to education, training and message building. PM will decide how to carry out these commitments through a democratic decision-making process of its individual members. PM is an individually-based organization, but will also work closely with existing progressive coalitions and organizations across the state in achieving its goals. We want your energy; and hope you share our interest and investment in one another. We hope you will join our effort to do some good work together. We hope to be a place where you can come and do a little or a lot, and welcome all.
