The primary purpose of this group is to put into practice the strategies for resistance that are outlined in the Indivisible Guide: 1) A local strategy targeting individual Members of Congress (MoCs) 2) A defensive approach purely focused on stopping Trump from implementing an agenda built on racism, authoritarianism, and corruption. This means providing timely **CALLS TO ACTION** which allow Indivisible Members to put pressure on MoCs with a powerful, unified voice. Therefore, posts should be primarily confined to: 1) Information about specific congressional votes or executive orders that require calls to MoCs urging them to vote NO or thanking them for a commitment to vote NO 2) Resistance events, such as marches, town hall meetings, visits to district offices, postcard writing campaigns, etc We welcome questions and answers about calls to actions. We ask that you make a concerted effort to keep all information accurate and timely. All posts and replies must model the values of inclusion, respect, and fairness. Personal attacks and off-topic posts and/or comments will be deleted. The current group administrators are Ann Borman, Andrew Israels-Swenson, Anne Barber, Judy Flicker. We may delete without warning any posts that violate the group guidelines.
