Empowering residents will be the key and essential element in bringing about true quality of life change for Horry County. As such, we are choosing to live out those values by changing the name of this group to EMPOWERING HORRY COUNTY. We hope all will join us in making resident quality of life the central issue in all things locals. As in the past, high ranking elected officials are not allowed to join EMPOWERING HORRY COUNTY. This group is for residents who want to have greater say in how their communities work.
