The Cortland County Democratic Party fights for working families, seeks equal opportunities across the county, and shows pride in our historic community. The purpose of the Cortland County Democratic Committee is to inspire and encourage the greatest number of Democrats to participate in the affairs of the Democratic Party of Cortland County, to provide an orderly and democratic way to carry on the business of the party and to provide the best government possible. There are many issues to be addressed relevant to the tax payer in the City and the County and we urge support of our candidates in the upcoming election to represent you and your concerns. We need your help in fundraising as well as manpower to elect those people who have agreed to run. We encourage building our party with new and energetic individuals to participate and represent all districts in the County as well as recruiting registration of new members
