Climate Stewards is a grassroots group addressing the causes and impacts of climate change through education, advocacy, and outreach. All are welcome. Climate change is a critical global issue with solutions that are within our reach, if we are willing to do our part. As the Chesapeake Bay is one of the most vulnerable areas in the United States to the impacts of climate change, those who love this special place have a particular urgency to take action for immediate solutions. Climate Stewards of Greater Annapolis is a local group of individuals deeply concerned about this issue. We believe that action and education are key elements in paving the road to a safe world for us, our children, and future generations. Our bi-monthly meetings aim to further our own understanding of this complex issue (meetings for learning) and to coordinate diverse actions that aim to reverse climate change and reduce its impacts.
