Mission: Central Indiana Jobs with Justice is building a strong, progressive labor movement that works in coalition with community, faith, and student organizations to build a broader global movement for economic, social, and racial justice. We believe in fighting for workers' rights, economic justice, and a sustainable global economy. We are committed to a vision of a United States and a world where workers have collective bargaining rights, employment security, and a decent standard of living. Principles: We believe in organizing and direct action. Organizing and mobilizing working people and their allies is key to building power. We believe in solidarity. We are there for one another's fights and we unite to win struggles that none of us could win alone. We believe in victories. We build power through winning campaigns for workers' rights and economic justice.
