All In for Washington is a statewide effort to clean up our tax code so that all communities in Washington thrive. Washington is a great state to live, work and raise a family in. We can lead the nation in education, health care, prosperity and overall quality of life. If we clean up the tax code and get rid of tax breaks, we’ll have more resources to invest in the foundations of thriving communities like schools, infrastructure and health care. Right now, Washington’s tax code is the most upside down in the nation – lower income households pay a rate up to 7 times higher than the richest households. That’s because powerful interests have manipulated the tax code by inserting breaks that benefit themselves. If we turn the tax code right-side up, we’d have more money to invest in the things that make our communities thrive.
